Over the past three decades I have worked at the front line of some of the infrastructure sector's most demanding environments, from Tier 1 construction and major nuclear and defence programmes to, for the past two decades, data centres and hyperscale campuses.
XPM has been built around the principle that the strongest outcomes are achieved when experienced people are engaged early and remain accountable throughout delivery.
Major programmes rarely progress without challenges. The value of an experienced delivery team is identifying them early, understanding their impact and resolving them before they compromise the wider programme.
